Osteogymnastika is a patented technique for awakening your own body's potential for natural healing, wellness and rejuvenation. In your sessions, you'll learn how to activate your entire system in an absolutely natural way! We'll work on body aches, the elimination of wrinkles and face/body asymmetries, energy blockages, healing of your organs and other important systems (nervous system, lymphatic system, visceral system and others), spine adjustment, posture, stress relief, face rejuvenation and so much more.
